The product

A single HelloFold purchase unlocks a downloadable A5 PDF keepsake for one local book draft, containing up to 30 selected text messages and your personal cover and dedication. The base price is $9 USD. Applicable taxes are displayed at checkout. There is no subscription. Physical printing, binding, shipping, chat photos and audio are not included.

HelloFold Pets

A separate $9 USD purchase unlocks one pet kit for one local photo draft: a 1440 × 3120 PNG phone wallpaper, a 3840 × 2160 PNG desktop wallpaper, an A4 PDF and an 8 × 10 inch PDF, delivered in a ZIP. The kit uses your original photo with your chosen layout and text. It does not include illustration, background removal, animated screensavers, printing or frames. Device cropping and printed colours can vary. Original photo quality limits print detail; inspect the preview before buying. Print PDFs use finished dimensions without bleed or crop marks.

Preview before purchase

You can explore your book and download a watermarked preview before paying. Check names, dates, text and typography. WhatsApp exports may not include your entire history. HelloFold cannot restore messages that are not in your export.

Delivery and local storage

After successful payment verification, the full PDF or pet kit is generated on your device. Download it promptly and keep a backup. We cannot reconstruct your private chat or pet photo if you erase the browser draft. Keep your payment receipt for support.

Immediate digital delivery

By checking the consent box before checkout, you expressly request immediate supply of the digital content and acknowledge that your statutory withdrawal right, where applicable, ends when supply begins. This does not remove your rights if the product is defective or not as described.

Problems and refunds

If payment succeeds but the product cannot be delivered, contact support with your receipt. We will help restore access or refund an undelivered purchase. Duplicate charges will be refunded. Do not send your private chat or pet photo as part of a support request. Applicable consumer rights remain in effect.

Your content

You keep ownership of your messages and other content. Only use content you have the right to process and share. Do not use this service to harass others or disclose their private information without permission.
