Is this only for pets who have passed away?+
No. It can celebrate a new companion, mark an adoption day or simply keep a beloved face close. If you are making a memorial, you can add a dedication and dates — only if that feels right.
Do you change or redraw my pet?+
No. Your kit uses your original photo in a personalised layout. We do not generate a new face, remove the background or turn your pet into an illustration. You can keep the whole photo or crop it to fill the frame.
Which phones and computers does it work with?+
You receive ordinary PNG image files for static wallpapers on iPhone, Android, Mac and Windows. They are not animated screensavers. Set the image as your wallpaper and adjust its position; devices with different screen shapes may crop the edges.
Can I print it?+
Yes. The kit includes A4 and 8 × 10 inch PDFs at finished size, with artwork rendered at approximately 300 DPI. Your original photo determines the detail available. Print at 100% on matching paper; a home printer may add a white border. No bleed or crop marks are included. Printing and frames cost extra.
Will my photo be uploaded or used by AI?+
Your photo and words are processed on your device. We receive payment information and an anonymous draft ID, not the photo. The Milo demo is AI-generated and labelled; we do not send customer photos to an AI service.
What happens after I pay?+
You return to your saved draft in the same browser and download a ZIP with all four formats. Unzip it in Files or Finder. Keep the files and your receipt: clearing browser storage removes the private draft, which we cannot reconstruct.
