Exporting a chat
On iPhone, open your WhatsApp conversation, tap the person’s name, and choose Export Chat → Without Media. On Android, open the conversation, tap ⋮ → More → Export chat → Without media. Save the TXT or ZIP, then choose it in the studio.
The first edition supports common iPhone and Android formats with English system messages. Select the correct day/month or month/day format before importing. Only the messages included in the export can appear.
Downloading and printing
Your book is an A5 PDF. Choose “actual size” for A5 paper or ask your local print shop to print and bind it. Printing costs are separate. Download the free preview first to check layout and characters.
Your pet kit
Choose JPG, PNG or WebP. For an iPhone HEIC photo, export a JPEG first. Keep the whole photo or choose a cropped frame, then check all four previews. A low-resolution warning means your original may look soft in print; a larger original is the best fix.
Download the ZIP, then open it in Files on iPhone or Android, Finder on Mac, or Extract All on Windows. Save a PNG to Photos and set it as your wallpaper. Adjust the position for your screen. Print the A4 or 8 × 10 inch PDF at 100% on matching paper. Printers may add white borders; these files have no bleed or crop marks. These are static wallpapers, not animated screensavers.
Finding a paid keepsake
Return to the same browser and device used at checkout. Your draft and purchase cookie let the studio verify your order. If you cleared your browser storage, keep your receipt and contact support; we can help verify the purchase or refund an undelivered book, but cannot recover erased messages or photos.

Email luca@iaconelli.it with your order receipt and a description of the problem. Never include your private chat or photo.
